Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to families and solo and couple travelers that are seeking a budget friendly but welcoming and cozy stay. I liked that the hotel offers breakfast everyday (for about $50,000 rupiah). I didn't try the breakfast personally but had some other food items from the restaurant (the soups were wonderful and flavorful and fresh with veggies and had one almost everyday). I liked that the restaurant has seating on a balcony overlooking the facade of the hotel. The staff was all so very sweet. There is a free shuttle from and to the airport and it's great. They were very accommodating with the time to the airport. Free fresh filtered water on every floor.

Amazing staff, welcoming and so friendly. Room was good, good aircon, wifi, hot water, comfortable beds, all worked well. No noise from the street at night. Beautiful common area to hang out. Perfect place for digital nomads and the hotel seems to be popular with younger tourists. And they served at 4 pm to 6 pm free coffee/tea with fried banana. I did not take the breakfast but it looked good for just 50.000 Rp. Pricing depends on demand and is flexible, but value for money was excellent for me. Walking time to city (Starbucks, port) 25 minutes, which is o.k. Offers free airport transfer.

Staff was amazing - they were at the airport when we arrived to pick us up (free shuttle), gave us info on laundry and had a motorbike delivered soon after we arrived, bed was comfy, and they cleaned the room each day, and offered filtered water to refill bottles. the shower water took a minute to get warm, but did warm up.

Breakfast was superb, every one of us enjoyed the food every morning. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, valued for money. Basic facilities were meeting our requirements as compared to some hotels that do not even provide free water, coffee, towel, toothbrush & paste, and shampoo inside the room. They even provide free shuttle to airport.

Location: abour 20-30minutes walk from the harbour. Take note that there is no grab car in Labuan Bajo, only grab bike. You can flag down private cars on the street if needed. Beds are clean and comfortable Air conditioning is cold One eletrical outlet by the bed, one under TV (must bring international adaptor) TV box did not work when we were there, but that's ok; can watch tv in the restaurant if you want Hot water was great and water pressure was good! The biggest highlight of my stay was the staff. The driver was on time to pick us up from the airport (just message them in advance on Booking.com), and all staff members always greeted us with big smiles. They were always eager to help in any way they can; the ladies even insisted on carrying our luggages which was much appreciated as i was travelling with my elderly parents. I enjoyed the homecooked breakfast buffet every day, and their fried banana/ube is delicious! On the day of my komodo day tour, i also purchased breakfast boxes (bread, jam, hard boiled eggs, fruit) to bring along, which were a lifesaver.
